1)The dimension of granite Vanity Top & Countertop

B: Kitchen island: 98"X42", 76"X42", 76"X36", etc
C: Counterop Penisula: 36" X 78", 39" X 78" & 28" X 78", etc
D: Countertop Snack bar: 12" X 78", 15" X 78", 18" X 98", etc
E: Thickness: 2cm(3/4"), 3cm(5/4"), etc
F: Quality control: Polished 90 degree up
G: Thickness tolerance: +/- 1MM
Others: Any reasonable size and shape of the countertops are all acceptable in our company.
2)Edge: Laminated bull nose, full bull nose, demi bull nose, bevel edge, eased edge, ogee etc...
3)Polishing degree: Over 90 degree or as clients' requirement.

5)Packing: Padded with foamed plastic and packed in fumigated wooden crates, reinforced with metal straps outside for this Granite.
The tops should be packed back side va back side and top vs top with a foam membrane to avoid scratching. The black or dark stone may need a piece of plastic membrane to cover its top to double ensure, but if customer requires, other stones would also be packed.
******Note: About vanity top and Undermount Bowl packing problem
General customer to do vanity top will be made out to our procurement undermount bowl, have three kinds of packaging.
A, non-separate packaging, as the vanity top is packaged together.
B, separate packaging a, vanity top a set of Units (including the back splash and side splash) packed in one carton, the undermount bowlfitted another one box.
C, a separate packing b, vanity top a set of Units (including the back splash and side splash), undermount bowl packed in a carton in one.
B and C are relatively higher prices.
4) Other countertops we supply:
A. Cutting and Polishing: We have a particular cutting workshop, and processing workshops. When producing the countertops. Our strictly quality control make sure the surface will be flat, smooth, high gloss! Our workers will never ever neglect any of the process!
B. Color Match: Before packing, we put every piece of the counter tops on the ground, and match the color! We label the number on the back the pieces, and our customers can find the pieces from same set very easily!
C. Quality Inspect: Before send to customer, we inspect the countertops piece by piece, and look through the polished side, the finished edges, the colors, the flatness, the position of sidesplash & backsplash, the position of basin cut-out & faucet holes, pin holes on back and any other details. And we will only pack up the counter tops without any flaw!
5)Material: Domestic and imported granite.
