How we do to produce stone slabs:

How we do to guarantee quality:
1. Polishing will be uniform throughout the slabs/tiles and in glossometer as follows:
For black slabs/tiles=polishing +95% gloss
For color slabs/tiles=polishing +85% gloss
2. The flamed surface will be uniform throughout the area and bushed evenly on slabs after flaming
3. Thickness controlled will be +/_1.0mm tolerance for slabs; And +/_0.5mm for tiles.
4. 90% right angle will be controlled at +/_ 0.5mm tolerance for tiles diagona.

Packaging & Shipping

Package:
Common Packing: Padded with foamed plastic and packed in wooden crates.
The tops should be packed back side va back side and top vs top with a foam membrane to avoid scratching. The black or dark stone may need a piece of plastic membrane to cover its top to double ensure, but if customer requires, other stones would also be packed.
Package for different usage:
Slab: plastic inside + strong seaworthy wooden bundle outside
Tile: foam inside + strong seaworthy wooden crates with reinforced straps outside
